Hope everyone had a great holiday! Was out of town but still managed to make my numbers: 11/23 90 min 11/24 180 min 11/25 270 min 11/26 120 min 11/27 105 min 11/28 70 min So far in November I'm at 1900 min...will try to update spreadsheet tonight.

oops looks like I missed yesterdays posting..... Wednesday was 30 min on bike Thursday was 35 min walk/jog right now I've completed 815 min only 185 to go.... Keep up the good work everyone! We can make it!!!!

Today was 35 min of Walk/Jog with the last 1.5 min at a sprint. For a non-runner I thought that was pretty darn good. Hope everyone was successful too! That puts me at 750 min for the month, only 250 left!

What a difference a weekend makes....Saturday I did a 90 min walk and Sunday did a 60 minutes walk, today was a 30 min walk/jog. Will up date the spreadsheet tonight. Hope everyone else had a successful weekend!

Had a very busy weekend...got in about 90 min each day of walk/jogs.... will update spreadsheet tonight.

Today I got 60 min of walk/jog and 30 min of walking...... not to mention the 2 hours of gardening....tired and ready for bed.... night all!

Well I can say that I have done 35 Minutes of Walk/Jog today....might even do some more tonight! Will not post the strength training either....usually get a hour a day all together.

Mine would be: 1. Sushi and Sushimi 2. Rib Eye Steak with Baked Potatoe (loaded) 3. Hawaiian Pizza 4. Chocolate cake (from Cheesecake Factory) 5. White wine (eat - drink ... same difference) :)

At first I did.. "I found this great place on the web..." but no one seemed to want to change anything...just complain about how they feel.... I've given up and let my success speak for itself.

I usually add raisens/cranberries/fruit bits and cinnamon and stivia and a couple of tablespoons of 2% milk (or Almond Breeze). Pampered Chef has Caramel Sprinkles that only has 45 calories per teaspoon and alot of flavor (I usually use less then a teaspoon).
