Since I walk often anyways, I am only counting activities that get my heart rate up.0 -

I'm counting time I specifically do for exercise.
Ex. Sometimes I go to the park and walk a few laps pushing my son in the stroller (quick laps before snack is gone and the escape attempts start!); I'll count that. I don't count when I go out for a hike for work. I count my regular workouts too.0 -

I like that method. I was thinking that I should count weights at the gym.0 -

So far I have done:

11/3 5 min (started on the treadmill and then had an emergency and had to quit)

Took a couple of days off because I was sick. Did P90X Cardio today. Still struggling coughing while exercising but it felt good to be back.0
