    Hello everybody! I've started slowly, but still:

    my results so far:

    day 1: 20 min 30 day shred
    day 2: 20 min 30 day shred
    day 3: 20 min 30 day shred and 30 min jogging

    And today I'm going to play volleyball.

    Seems like a great challenge, I'd like to join too.

    So far I've done 194 minutes but still have to do some today. I'll see what I can do about adding a ticker.

    Tuesday 1 : 20
    Wednesday 2: 134
    Thursday 3: 40

    Bit late but I'm in! If i had seen this earlier I would have made more of an effort to get some minutes in this week!! So gotta work extra hard for the rest of this month!!

    1 Nov- None

    2 Nov- 35 mins running (9 min miles)
    5 mins walking (4.5 mph)

    3 Nov- 30 mins running (9 min miles)

    Just completed 30 minutes on the stationary bike so my total is 150 minutes. Have a great weekend x

    I'm in. I did 60 minutes on 11/2 and plan to do 60 minutes this afternoon. I will update later.

    (I've been playing around with my tickers since I'm new here - too much fun).
