Cottage cheese, yogurt, quest bars, and jerky.

Every day I eat two small squares of dark chocolate and at night I've been eating sugar free pudding with Reddi whip, soooo good=) I'd say if it fits into your calorie and macro goals then go for it.

What fabulous progress. How much more weight do you want to lose?

Up your protein intake, at least for me that's kept the carby/sweet cravings at bay, and don't completely deprive yourself have something like smart food popcorn, 3 3/4 cups=130 calories, or some low fat ice cream, like halo top or Arctic zone, something that feels like you're being naughty, but you're not lol or my…

Good sharp chefs knife and cast iron skillets.

I alternate between the halo top and AZ depending on which I find. It's fabulous eating a whole pint of ice cream and feel like you're eating something decadent, without adding a load of empty calories, heavenly.

I agree with the commenter above, Sunny Beaches, I think just say "thank-you". It will probably not be what they expect, and it's some kind of problem or issue on their part not yours.

Whatever works for you.

Nothing, I suppose, just trying to be more understanding these days.

I don't think I was outwardly mean to anyone, but on the inside I was frustrated when I couldn't find a parking spot or I had to wait for machines; however, easy for me to say now(20/20 hindsight), since I have built a decent home gym.
-
No, you should totally go; don't let anyone or anything scare you away from doing what you want to do to get fit.

anytime, with age comes wisdom, then grace.

I'm in, for a few, particularly women in my age group 40+ or younger is fine too. I'm better with exercise than diet, because I've pretty much maintained my size throughout my life with study exercise and movement in general.

"Kale" anything, I'm eating kale in my salad right now and trust, it might be uber healthy, but the spines are gross and if you get too much in one bite, it's bitter as f$&k.

I would like to know this too, since I'd love a gadget that synced with fitbit for training.
-
I think it's on both ends because I usually don't sync until I've earned the majority of my calories, in the afternoon. Today when I wouldn't sync I noticed on fitbit that my calories from lunch were not there and I had already logged them on MFP. I use my iPad mostly and sometimes a computer, but I have a Mac, so maybe…

Yeah, I can't quit sweets either, I just try not to go overboard and log it, then move on.

I was born ready, DONE!!
-
I totally plan on hanging out here a while. My goal is to be honest with my logging; today I hit the candy bowl in the office and (hanging head in shame) I did log it. You're an inspiration Jonny. Now, let's get this train rollin'!!! I am ready to bring it HARD!!

I'm totally okay with restarting app. as long as I don't have to do it twelve times.
-
And now it's working, arrghhh!
-
Agreed, I worked at Del Taco in high school, and after that it was not enough to get by, so I looked elsewhere for better pay.

^^^ Yep. this. Most of the time I eat healthy, non-processed food, and the other small percentage I eat Talenti, cool whip, champagne and Starbucks pumpkin spice latte if it fits into my calorie allowance for the day. I tried the Food Babe rigid lifestyle for a hot minute and it made me miserable and broke. BTW: I love…

I guess I'm a lifetime maintainer, pretty much. I ran for years even through two pregnancies.and then when I hurt my knee and my metabolism slowed I put on about ten pounds and I was forced to try some alternatives, and have since lost it, so now I'm doing Hiits a few days a week, steady state cardio on alternate days, and…

I pretty much eat all mine back, but I don't log exercise except strength training, and use my fit bit adjustment instead. To me the numbers MFP gives for exercise are usually off target, since I don't burn a ton of cals bc I'm more compact.

bras^^ and bathing suits. I had a couple made this year, but price was reasonable actually.

This^^ I have a knot in mine, currently.
