Hi I will add you as a friend. Consistency is the key and that is the one thing I must improve if I want to actual lose the weight and keep it off. Thankfully I am in a good health but carrying the extra weight can not be good. You can do this.

Im currently doing Piyo...Love it! I also like the workouts with 21 Day Fix. They are 30 mins long but effective.

Ive been doing the 21 day fix with MFP... It is similar to what you were doing prior to fix. I actually measured the amount that went into the containers and then I knew how much was a cup or a ounces. Once you start doing it becomes very easy. Are using Shakeology as well?

What types of foods are you eating. Some foods add a lots of calories for little rewards and some are the opposite. Not all Carbs are bad.

I am not an expert but you should never go under 1000 calories without being monitored by a doctor. Our bodies needs fuel to survive. I think you should speak to a nutritionist to help you with your food choices. You should not go this alone. Talk to professional that can offer you some additional guidance. Good Luck

I use to do weekly prep but I found that I like variety too much. So there are times I prep all meals for a day the night before.
