For Life Not Diet

Hello everyone! My name is Victoria and I was introduced to MyFitnessPal by a friend who had made a huge life change through the App. I personally use it to help me keep track of fat and sugar intake. I've lost a considerable amount of weight over the past few months but one reason is because I have chronic idiopathic pancreatitis. MyFitnessPal helps me manage this terrible disorder as much as possible and ease some of the symptoms that accompany it. It's sometimes hard to stay on track but I know my life is depending on it.

    Congrats on finding something that helps you stay on track. I've been on a weight loss journey off an on for years. And this last time I stopped calling it a diet. I just say to folks this is the way I eat. A diet to me seems like a short term thing but in fact in order to lose and maintain you have to change your mindset about food and activity. Your For Life Not Diet still holds true for me because without a change my life would be diminished. Good Luck with your journey.
