So . . . . journal my food she says, use this great app.
I'm on day 2 and am amazed at how fast my calories add up. And I stay away from carbs.
I've also added weight training. Ouch, I have muscles there ?

What types of foods are you eating. Some foods add a lots of calories for little rewards and some are the opposite. Not all Carbs are bad.
