i think 100 wouldnt be enough, but thats just my thought, as long as yr getting all the nutrients your body needs

I eat a salad every night for diner because I snack a lot throughout the day, but I always have just a few pieces of some kind of meat in it for example: ( 3 pieces of crispy chicken finger; ham; grilled chicken; turkey) just to keep me full so I dont have midnight snacks

I did Zuma basically everyday for about two months and didnt lose a thing. I did get a good workout though.
