Sorry but i HAD A CRAZY FIRST FEW DAYS OF THE WEEK. Final weight is 168. Did not meet my goal but have been losing approx 1 lb a week Start 177 goal was 163 but I lost 9 pounds!!! and something like 13 inches . I did only 2 days of strength training last week. Thanks for keeping track of all of us...I'm glad you stepped up…

Weight loss for this week is 2 (cw 167) pound but I only did one day of strength training due to seasonal allergies/asthma so I was side lined most of the week.

That is so awesome!!!! I had started to do running but was sidelined by my seasonal asthma. I have to start back tomorrow and now I am really inspired by your accomplishment. Keep it up and you should be so proud of yourself!!!! Debbee

Ohh my trigger food...not really food is gumballs! Double Bubble Gum Balls...only 10 calories but they add up over the week. So no gumballs for me!

I have had a hectic weekend so here are my results Weigh in Saturday 173.4 Did not make my goal I attended 2 classes this week My goal for next week is 170 lbs(again)

I do alot of walking. I am a student and I also work at an elementary school. I average about 5 miles a day with school and work. I also do water aerobics 2x a week. My evil snacking of demoniac food: Lay's Salt and Vinegar Chips and Diet Coke Vanilla Ice Cream with Dark Chocolate Syrup , Whipped Cream, Nuts and A cherry with some of the juice poured on top. ohhh now if I could just take one bite it would not have been so bad.
