I work out 6 days a week (HIIT boot camp, weights and walking) and use Sunday as my rest day, but on rest day, I'll do some low impact cardio. Just listen to your body.

Hi everyone! I'm wanting to start carb cycling. I have questions too! I do cardio 7 days a week and lift weights 4 or 5 days a week. I've lost 59 lbs on my own. What would be a good cycle for me? 4 or 5 days on and 2 days off?

Thanks for posting this! I normally do the treadmill and now can walk on a 8% incline. Everyone keeps telling me the elliptical is so much fun and looks rather easy, but I've gave it a try and couldn't last more than 5 minutes on the lowest level of speed and resistance. I want to conquer the elliptical too but I'll work…
