Lol! Do it! I love doing these with 12" flour tortillas by Mission, it's super easy and cheap, i would have paid like $24 at a local pizza restaurant for a pizza like that, and with lots of fat and empty cals.

I can feel you, OP. I go out for dinner like 2 times/week and i try to choose restaurants with nutritional menus and check them in advance, so i don´t make the people that goes with me uncomfortable... Of course i also have to do some estimates cause i go to a lot of local restaurants in my country

Thanks everybody i guess it's around 200... as 3 oz. are like 156. Where i buy it i get it as Fresh premium chilean salmon fillets so idk if it's atlantic or farmed

I dont have cheat days, i try to have 1 cheat meal everyday but make it fit in my macros... so if i have a muffin and a poptart i decide which to eat today, enjoy it and eat the other one on friday or tomorrow ;) But i make sure ive eaten pretty healthy during the rest of the day

It doesnt matter, i eat most of my cals at night like 1 hour before going to bed. It only afects if u eat too much late at night and decide to weigh yourself early the next day since the body may still digesting the lots of food u ate last night, specially if u consume more fats.

Even worse, i saved a lot of cals to go eating outside but at the end all the plans got cancelled and i ended up having some kind if cereal or oatmeal or canned tuna sandwich! Not that i dont enjoyed these foods but its not what i expected :/ And it happened several times! (Last time was yesterday)

I don´t eat night snacks, i EAT AT NIGHT, lol... lately i've been eating must of my calories from 7 to 11pm including "junk food" and still losing

I always weigh and log everything raw, if i use any dressing or all the marinade i add it later but i mostly use spices so i don´t log them

I wish i had that metabolism. WHY DO YOU? IS it because geneteic or just because you're very active?
