Whole fish calories help!

Hey! Can someone help me finding out how many calories does a 1 pound WHOLE sea bass has? i mean, i'm baking it but i don`t know how to measure it, it's total weight boned it's 1 pound, but off course i'm only eating the meat so idk how to exactly calculate this....
should i separate the meat once it's cooked and measure it apart?
