I agree the OP and i also HATE when portions are smal but when u check the nutritional information of the meal you get like a WHOLE day of calories.. its ridiculous

Exactly! I keep doing cardio to indulge in my favorite treats, i do like 30-40 minutes 3/week... idk if its too much though.

Lol! Right now im also transitioning to maintenance and then trying to maintain or do a slow bulk until holidays when ill really start bulking! Im also afraid of gaining too much fat so ill keep lifting and doing cardio, i hope u really achieve ur goal! :)

I love to have big bowls of cereal like this! This one is of Honey Nut Cheerios with McCallums All Inklusive with some cinnamon and almond milk. Waffle with maple syrup, orange and gelatin English Muffin Pannini (Spinach,prosciutto, swiss cheese, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard and tomato) The best.
