Eating less than 600 calories before, previously being ill never worked for me. Sure, I lost weight, but I was no where near as healthy as I am now that I have a correct diet, and I am losing weight healthily, and allowing myself things I love in moderation! I'm a lot happier and a lot more motivated :)

When I was 13 on holiday with my mum in Tunisia, a waiter came up to me and said 'you look beautiful, how about I steal you away and take you for some coffee?' Never been more scared in my life!

For me, being a previous anorexic, it is a huge, huge positive that I am finally realising that I CAN lose weight healthily, and that I can eat 2000 calories without putting on the pounds, sometimes even less, but within moderation! It's wonderful seeing the results over time, and being HAPPY with my body image now :)
