A Small NSV
I noticed this month, that while eating healthier than I ever have I've been able to focus a lot more on school work, and I've been a lot more motivated to exercise. I've ran 14 miles this month and feeling great, I could barely run down the street before!

Distracting from junk food?
I'm really craving sugary foods today! I've been at school all day so it's been impossible for me to stuff my face but now I'm home, I have nothing to do to help distract myself! Any tips?
