How to get my motivation back?

So at the beginning of my diet, a few months ago, I was so motivated! and then suddenly, these past few days I have binged and binged and barely exercised at all. I'm not under eating, or exerting myself - I'm doing what I've done for months and suddenly it's all changed! I think to myself, 'Oh, I'll just have one. Maybe two.' and suddenly I'm eating so much! I've gained TWO POUNDS in the last few days, which is horrible! I just want to get myself back on track, but I have no idea how. Any ideas? Tips?

It's okay! Even though you have fallen off the wagon, you can get back on it!! What helps for me is to set yourself a goal like "lose 10 lbs by...". Since you have a set goal that you're working toward it will help to keep you motivated! Or reward yourself when you reach the goal!! By yourself a new pair of shoes or bag! I hope this helps and feel free to add me if you want a new friend! We all become discouraged at times but that's what myfitnesspal is for! We're here to motivate one another and keep each other on track!0

You slipped now get up. The two lbs are most likely water weight which a cardio session plus sauna can get rid of instantly. Just get back on track and don't look back. I ate 3000calories on saturday but hiked for two hours. Point is, I felt like I ate a lot but in hindsight only ate what my body needed.

You are on here so all hope is not lost. Just need to forgive yourself and start again. Re-commit to you! Write it out, post it on your mirror. Tell yourself how beautiful you are, then say it again. See something anything in the mirror you can love about yourself and really go inside and feel it even it is just your eyes. that love will spread if you can deeply and truly feel it!0
