Thanks:smile: I think there is so much information in my head about too many or too few calories, starvation mode etc. I just get crazy trying to figure it all out. I have decreased my calories from 1650 ish to 1200 a day, and since it is still week one on WW, they haven't shown me the activity points...that is next week.…

Hi I have been in MFP for quite awhile... but I have not seen much of a weight lost. So I joined WW last week. My concern is that it is not enough calories. Since Friday I have dropped 2 lbs. I have not been tracking my calories for a couple of months. I have also given up regular exercise aswell and the result... a 4lb weight gain since January. I am disappointed in myself. I seem to get within 5lbs of my goal and then I stop doing what works and go back to old habits. I lose and gain these same 5lbs over and…

I generally take them at night, after a full day of eating. Seems to work.

It sounds like you have a great plan. You will do fine. Just keep your goal in your mind and repeat it as often as needed. :smile:

I like to walk up the hills and then run down them. It keeps my heart rate up with out totally kicking my butt.

Tomorrow starts exercising for me again. It will probably be difficult since it has been 3 weeks with out it. :embarassed: Good luck to you and to me, we can do it!

I use it a a facial moisturizer before my sunscreen. Sometimes I cook with it too.

Work out 5 days, either walking or 30 day shred, depends on the weather. Started today.

Goals... 1/15 149 lbs 2/15 145 lbs 3/15 142 lbs 4/15 139 lbs I will work out most days of the week. I will walk with Karen, I will do the 30 day shred and I will run on the treadmill to keep my body guessing. I will log my food and post once everyday to keep accountable. I also was pretty good yesterday and not so much today. No exercise and planning on going over on calories because of my High School reunion tonight. I usually stop eating around 7:30 but tonight I wont start eating until 8:00. Back to reality tomorrow.

Today I ran for 15 minutes, jogged really. I walked for 30 minutes. This is an improvement over yesterday. Yesterday I tried running and managed 8 minutes. I have been reading some of the posts about running and I think for me it might be the key to slimming my mid section. I also have read that if I keep with it I win one…
