Weight Watchers question
Hi I have been in MFP for quite awhile... but I have not seen much of a weight lost. So I joined WW last week. My concern is that it is not enough calories. Since Friday I have dropped 2 lbs. Goals... 1/15 149 lbs 2/15 145 lbs 3/15 142 lbs 4/15 139 lbs I will work out most days of the week. I ran today
Today I ran for 15 minutes, jogged really. I walked for 30 minutes. This is an improvement over yesterday. Yesterday I tried running and managed 8 minutes.
