My new Goals

Goals...
1/15 149 lbs
2/15 145 lbs
3/15 142 lbs
4/15 139 lbs
I will work out most days of the week. I will walk with Karen, I will do the 30 day shred and I will run on the treadmill to keep my body guessing. I will log my food and post once everyday to keep accountable.
I am grateful for this site and the people here. When I leave you are here, and when I come back you are here.
