Congratulations! You look amazing!!

YUM!! I'll have to try it!

I go for a run! It helps me think more clearly, it burns calories, it makes me feel better and it gives me those awesome endorphins!!! (Choose your workout of choice... running totally clears my head!)

You are likely going to see better results at 1lb or 0.5lbs per week if you only have 15lbs left to lose. I know we are all anxious to get that last few pounds off but you actually need to eat when you are close to your goal. I have 1340 calories a day and am set at 1lb/week. I am going to change that soon to 0.5lbs/week…

I have this problem the most when my sodium is high... do you track your sodium? I think this is the most important thing to track (in my opinion) When I am over in sodium I weigh more the next morning! Also not drinking enough water causes my weight to fluctuate. I agree with a previous poster that weighing yourself…

Congratulations!! It's a great accomplishment! And yes they are addictive! I am going to Disneyworld this weekend to run one. It's a decent distance to train for yet still a challenge.

I used to eat the instant kind as well but now eat steel cut oats with brown sugar.... YUM!! I can't eat the instant kind anymore it takes terrible after eating real oats!

Great idea! You look fantastic and maybe you have areas that you don't like, building muscle will help with that. Good Luck! You took the negative criticism very well... some people on here just don't know how to say things nicely. Many people, including me, would love to have your body so to hear that you want to be…

I couldn't eat breakfast until I was an adult... I couldn't stomach it. Can they have a snack mid morning (at school?) Send them with protein snacks -- yogurt, cheese sticks. I know that it's the most important meal and now I can't live without it but I totally get not being able to eat in the morning.
-
I'm not an expert.... but I've been running for a long time and have done halfs and fulls. I think you can use anything with sugar - gummy bears, raisins just find something that you like and is easy to carry and eat.

Eggs are an amazing food and they got a bad rap. The cholesterol is actually good cholesterol. You are missing out on all of the vitamins and most of the nutrients! Here is a chart that shows the breakdown of vitamins and nutrients between the egg and the yolk (I know it's a bit hard to read but if you cut it and paste it…

I don't think 100 calories extra is a big deal. If you're hungry I would eat something like yogurt, nuts. Eating at night isn't a big deal (I have dinner late all the time) but you shouldn't eat heavy food. If you're not hungry don't worry about it.

You just need to keep losing weight and eventually they will disappear.
-
What about Perrier (or other sparkling water), he will still kept the carbonation and just squeeze some lemon or lime for flavour... not much different than Sprite.
-
Put it in a blender with some fruit!
-
I always eat dinner late and haven't had a problem, but I don't eat a heavy dinner either. So eating at night isn't bad but going to bed with a really full stomach is.
-
I haven't given up anything... I would fail if I did. I just eat the "bad" foods less often and in smaller quantities.
-
That's awesome!! Such a great feeling!
-
Me too!

You may be trying to lose too much too fast. At the rate of weight loss indicated it seems that you would be set at 2lbs loss/week, if so you should consider changing this to 1lb/week. As you are fairly close to your goal weight (relatively) you need to lose at a slower weight.... BUT this works! I started 24 weeks ago at…

Yes, the protein is defaulted very low here, especially if you are working out. So you may want to increase to a higher percentage. As far as the calories, as someone else mentioned this is highly debated but MFP is set up to eat back your exercise calories (I do) You need to fuel your body!! If you do want to eat back…

Try not to eat processed and restaurant foods, sodium is very high. If you eat clean, fruits, vegetables, lean meats, beans you will notice your sodium levels go way down. Sodium is the one thing that I really pay attention to because any time I go over the scale goes up due to retained water.
-
You may stay under in calories but the sodium in restaurant food is very high. So you will likely retain water and be bloated. In addition you will be skinny fat -- you weight may go down but you still won't look good. If you plan well you can eat food that you prepare even with your busy schedule. For example I make 4…

Yes, the sodium could be your problem. Whenever I go over in sodium my weight goes up (water retention), this usually only happens when I go out to eat. I work really hard to get back down -- drink lots of water and do lots of cardio. Sodium and protein are really the only things that I pay attention to. Don't give up!
-
You look great. Keep up the good work!!
-
I was the same way. My choices aren't always perfect and I didn't really want people telling me what I'm doing wrong when I'm not asking for their opinion. I opened it to my friends only a couple of weeks ago and I haven't had any negative comments. You do whatever you are comfortable with. You are obviously doing…
-
I agree. You can adjust your protein % as what MFP defaults to is low.... particularly if you are working out alot.
-
Do light workouts like walking and stretching... moving the muscles gently will help them feel better. Drink water. It gets better!
-
Congratulations!! A well deserved car!
-
Agreed! .... and running!
