Hi all, I'm new. :) Finished W3D1 on Saturday. W3D2 is tomorrow. How is everyone doing?

I am a supportive friend, but I am also a really outspoken one. I have no problem telling you if you arent eating enough, etc. However, I am a really nice person so it comes with the package. :) feel free to add me.

I was in an accident where I pulled a back muscle and now I have chronic back pain. It'll be fine until I stand up for longer than 15 minutes. The same muscle still gives me problems to this day (it's been almost 3 years). I'm only 24 and I hate that it happened so young. I find that exercising (especially strength…

19.2 lbs. in 9 weeks. That's 2.1 lbs. a week or .3 lbs. a day. I'm not doing anything special. I'm eating my BMR + exercise calories back and eating a ton of fruit and veggies. I'm pretty heavy so it's been a good clip.

Make me feel homesick for my grandmom's cooking! MMMM.

Your intent to annoy me failed. :) I never said eat your body weight in calories. Just eat what your body needs per day. For most people, it's way above 1200 calories. Now you're medically recommended to do that, and I cannot comment on what that's like. I wish you the best of luck improving your health!
-
I thought she was saying something about people made up of 1200 calories. You know, like candy. Not delicious at 1200 calories! I'm weird. LOL.
-
And that's fine. I'm not personally criticizing anyone's choice to eat that much. I just don't want that on my feed unless it's recommended by a doctor or whatever. My personal choice.
-
*sigh* I want to delete this thread because the Attack of the 1200 calorie folks has come out. That is NOT what this thread was about. And that's not what I meant by not very delicious.
-
That's fine, and you were the nicest person about it lol. I wish you the best on your journey!

I think you're missing my point. I just simply do not want potential undereaters on my feed. I don't want that. If you are 250 lbs. and netting 700 calories a day, I am just better off not adding you and saving myself the trouble (or triggering). If it works for you, fine, and I never said anything about the character of…

Sorry to hear that you don't like what I have to say. I don't see why you're getting so defensive about it. If it works for you, why should you care what I think?
-
I do not wish to have potential undereaters on my feed. It's a trigger for me and I avoid adding people with low calorie goals because of this. Linda, I wish you the best on your weight loss journey.
-
I personally think it's too low, unless you're female and really tiny. I'm really NOT trying to be pushy with my stance, though. If you choose to eat that way, fine. I just find it triggering.
-
Not very delicious. :(
-
OH! I sent you a message, ignore it. I'm having a no-good, dirty rotten day. :( (it wasn't bad though, lol. I just took your response the wrong way.)
-
What drama? I'm asking for more friends like me. I don't see the drama in that. I've actually been meaning to extend my friends list anyway for some time. I've been clearing out my list and want to add more people that have similar minds. ETA: Added you! ^ :)

I'm a big motivator, but I'm also kind of blunt. I guess now I have to preface this with the fact that I'm a really nice person. :) I like helping my (awesome) MFP pals out and help them make their lifestyle more personal. If they're slacking off, I may ask what's going on. I also hope for the same with my MFP friends. Add…

I'm very interactive! I love commenting on people's progress. I have found so much support here and I love returning it. Add me if you like, just drop a note so I know where you have seen me. :)
-
You can add me if you'd like. I'm very active! That goes for everyone that is active as well, just leave a note with your request so I know where you saw me. :)
-
It's not a healthy lifestyle choice (for most people, 1200 calories is nowhere near your BMR) and it could be a trigger for some people. Some people just don't have time to deal with that.
-
I have over 100 friends but I swear I don't collect. I take the time to comment as much as possible. I'm also looking for chatty Cathy MFP friends. :) Add me if you'd like.
-
I log on everyday, log everyday, and try to support everyday. :) Add me if you'd like. I love having more people to support and be supported by!
-
I'd like to think I'm a really supportive friend. I try to comment as much as I can on people's progress. Add me if you'd like. :)
-
I'm 24 (almost 25...eek!) and I have 100 lbs. to lose. :) Add me if you'd like.
-
I'm going on 50 straight days of logging, I believe. Add me if you'd like. :)
-
I've already added some of you. :flowerforyou: Anyone else is free to add me as long as they write something. :) I'm 255 lbs. and probably a size 20 (I avoid those tags like the plague). I'm hoping to one day be under 160 lbs. and by then I should be a 10. Last time I was 197 and a solid 12.
-
I'm 5'6", 255 pounds, and looking to lose 100 more. Feel free to add me - I try to comment whenever possible. :) That goes for everyone.

Yes, friend him! :flowerforyou:
