My ticker says it all. The freedom I get from eating at TDEE - 20% is amazing. I'm 25, 5'6", 228 lbs. My TDEE-20% is roughly 2050. I used to be over 2300 and I miss the food lol.

I'm supportive and I'm pretty active on the site. I'm not above constructive criticism and I've become pickier about who I add (and keep). That being said, I'm 1/3 of the way to my goal and wouldn't mind more people to support. :)

I eat. I am trying to lift. I work out as much as I can. Add me if youd like.

If your BMR is 1800, you should be eating 1800. My TDEE is ~2600, my BMR is 1800, and I eat over 2k calories per day everyday. MFP set me for 1490 - ha, not eating that low. It's assuming you will eat back almost all of your exercise calories. That's why it says you've earned a certain amount of calories. Cardio machines…

Feel free to add me - I've been at this for 4 months and I'm active everyday. Just put something in the request. I like to know where you're coming from.

No. I eat a lot of them, and have lost plenty of weight doing so. I still get my fat and protein in, so it's all good. I would never be able to cut out all that deliciousness.

I'm: 5'6" 236 (give or take 2 lbs.) Size 16 in jeans, and I can fit XL tops...I probably should stick to 1X for now, though. It's all because of my boobs. They're huge.

I've been overweight all of my life. I've tried crash dieting, exercising like a fiend, and only have maybe a year of "skinny time" to show for it. Now I'm doing it the right way. I hope I'll be where I want to be by 2015.

I need these in my life.

Oooo oooo, pick me! I'm currently babying a shoulder injury, but I do love me some weights. My BMR is 1900 and most days I eat 2100-2200 calories per day, which is my TDEE. My activity is building and it will allow more calories once I'm there. :) Feel free to add me - just write something in it. I like having people…

Soy lecithin is what OP is probably trying to avoid in the first place. I use Blue Bonnet whey. The 2 lb. tub is about $40. I know, not cheap. It's lasted me a long time, though. (I don't drink it everyday.)

I'm motivational and supportive, and am not afraid to give constructive criticism when needed. I also like getting that too if I can am off track. Feel free to add me. Just write something in the request.

I've been fat most of my life (I've had two one-year periods when I was "normal" weight, due to "dieting" efforts.) I'm a big personality, but generally do not actively attention seek. When I get smaller, I attract more attention than I'd like. Especially from males. It used to annoy me, frankly. I dislike being hit on or…

Thanks, ya'll! This is already a big help. :)

You can add me (just write something in the request - nothing drives me crazier than a blank request). I'm motivational and expect the same in return.
-
I'm supportive, but I'm also not above giving you constructive criticism. I think that's an important part of this process. The help you get from your MFP friends is more than just mindlessly saying 'good job' or 'great day' to me. Add me if you're not easily offended. :)

Feel free to add me - I'm looking for committed users who eat enough for their lifestyle AND support back. Just write something in the request.

Mustard. I've tried to like it, but no. I hate anything spicy. I just can't. Mussels and clams. Slimy! No! Otherwise, I'm pretty open to anything else.
-
Add me. :)
-
Add me, add me! I was just about to ask for the same thing. I eat anywhere from 1900-2500 calories a day. Low end is a rest day, high end is obviously a high burn day. I would love more supportive friends who eat more!
-
Just turned 25, log everyday, and support as much as I can. Feel free to add me.

I visited my grandma in April/May of this year. She has a bit of dementia but when she saw me, she knew exactly who she was speaking to. She apparently did not like how I looked. She cannot speak English, so she said something and my mom was really reluctant to translate that from Cantonese: "Aiya...you look like you're…

Feel free to add me - just don't leave the request blank. :)

Bump! He is a good friend, add him. :)
-
For me, I can tell if you're just trying to collect people to boost your friends list or if you're really trying to do this. Don't add someone and then fall off the face of the earth. I know the wagon is bumpy and uncomfortable, but damn. I hope the people I add pop their heads in sometimes (even once a month is great!)…

Blue Bonnet Whey Isolate. Tastes great with almond milk and some chia. Tastes good with water. No soy.

Awesome! You look great!

What shoe did you buy? As with any beginner program, slow down! You may want to feel like you're a speed demon, but endurance comes first. Speed and endurance don't usually come together for a person who isn't trained yet. We all get there, though. :) Stretch a warm muscle. Never cold. A good warm up for a run is to…

Pick me, pick me! :)
