Just starting back up again with my logging! I took a break for a couple of months and YIKES! Back at it now :-) BTW I'm shooting for around 35 pounds and great reductions in BF %....I don't care about age, but for the record I'm 40 "ish" LOL!

So, today being a holiday and the fact that I was in charge of feeding 100 people for a fundraiser kinda blew my day for getting in the cardio and eating decently. Tomorrow will be the fat watching, cardio blasting, water drinking day it should be.....

This is a fishing tournament that is raising $ for our judo club. The participants are promised a meal after the weigh in and I want them to return for the next tourney :-) I do like chili, but chili dogs were served at the last event and I wanted to do something a little different. Okay, so I like the sandwich idea and BBQ is good for most.....so I think I might do the buns that you buy in the freezer section and stuff with BBQ meat! Will recruit kids to help whether they want to or not LOL!
