Not judging here, but be aware that this could be a sign of some disordered thinking around eating so do just monitor yourself and make sure it's not headed in that direction, such as leading to restricting what you eat more and more because of the guilty feelings.

Wow, how tall are you? That's great that you have so little too lose. It just means it will take some time and you will need to go slowly. Fourteen pounds is actually alot when you only weigh 126, especially depending on your height.
