1.8 lbs is probably just a fluctuation...I weigh myself twice a day and generally am lighter in the morning than the evening.

I just spent about $300 at White House Black Market...their stuff is very flattering. It is also stretchy, so I know that it will fit even once I lose a little more weight...A lot of their items don't look great on the hanger, but fabulous on!

I rotate smoothies, turkey sandwiches, tuna sandwiches, and lentil soup...The soup especially really fills me up. I make a lot in the crock pot and it lasts a while. I make smoothies with fage 0% yogurt, almond/coconut milk, berries, and a banana.

I actually will go 2-3 weeks w/out losing, and then all of a sudden I will lose 5-7 lbs all at once (and it stays off, so it must be the accumulated weight, not just water).

You can also get really skinny if you smoke crack I've heard.

I've been trying to figure this out too...I want to buy a halloween costume this year, but want to wait until the last minute due to losing weight...how long can you wait before you have to put it together?

I had a zip that I took back b/c it seemed to really overestimate my calories burned. I tried to find out how accurate it was, but couldn't figure out their customer service..it did motivate me to walk more though!

That would be a good comeback...although I always think of things like that to say after the fact...Once this guy said "get out of the way fatass" to me and I was so in shock that I didn't know what to say... I know that when I was pregnant, I craved tomatoes, which have a lot of folic acid. I also craved other foods (don't remember everything) that I would find out had something that was important during pregnancy. I really do think that there is more to it than a lack of willpower.

That's interesting--I had never even thought about what they advise for alcoholism in other countries. I do think that we go too far w/ abstinence (in many cases) and should preach moderation instead.
