I recently started the Dr. Cohen diet yesterday morning for my wedding (WEEE 1 more year!!!!!
). I already lost 1.8 over night. My good friend got me onto this and she had a lot of success (30 lbs. i believe)
Anyone else have any experience with this diet?
Thanks!

Cohen diet has strange side effects, like paleing of the skin and hunger for human blood.0

1.8 lbs is probably just a fluctuation...I weigh myself twice a day and generally am lighter in the morning than the evening.0

I didn't pay for it...
wow.. some support on this forum. Guess I'm done posting here.

Where is sense of humour? Cohen is like a doctor in twilight (don't ask how I know that or I'm done here).
And this diet is based first drawing your blood. Too good to pass up.
OP how much weight do you want to lose in a year?0 -

We'll see OP a month before the wedding when they beg for a plan to lose all the weight they gained as fast as possible (and maybe advice on how to get a refund from this nonsense)0 -
I'm not saying that the diet does not work, but I don't think that anything will make you lose 1.8 pounds overnight. With me, my weight fluctuates in 5 lb increments, and then suddenly I am 5 lbs less (generally after ovulation or my cycle). I think that what happens (I am no expert) is that we lose the weight, but then hold on to water for a while. This is probably very simplistic, and I really don't know how weight loss occurs precisely, but it is about calories in/out, and I don't think that you have lost the weight overnight. You probably have lost it over whatever period of time it takes you to lose it, (I would think at least a couple of days) and then you finally see the difference due to water loss. Again, I am no expert and this is just what I am learning from my own experiences...0
