i'm on day 8 of level 2 :-) i do it 3-4 times a week, and do level straight after doing level1, and after school hols will get back into my walking

haha yeah me too i got the vertical cut with my 2nd baby, had the horizontal with the first, and yup got the pooch, and damn it 2 scars to boot! at least when my kids ask mum where did we come out, they have a scar each lol

i'm doing the 30day shred also, was just doing level 1, 3 days a week with a 40 min walk after, i found it got to easy, so i have now doing leel 1 and level 2 back to back plus my walk, i will still do it 3 days a week, at the mo i'm doing the shred tues, wed, fri, i do only the walk on mon and no set exercise for weekend,…

i just started level today also, but i did level one first then level 2 straight after, omg! that was a killer! then stupid as i am i went and did a 40 min walk, oh well no pain no gain hey :-) probably pay for it tomorrow though haha
