Thanks all. Just back from a run and on my 2nd large glass of water. I don't mind tracking as such more the fact that if I am tracking I'm watching what I eat which I began to resent because I do so much exercise. But I know deep down unless you are training super hard you can't eat 'what you like'. I'm going to start…

Will not roll flounder! Btw, I think not weighing myself is me not wanting to face up to the gain

It is hard when you have lost slowly and you aren't at goal yet. I only wanted to lose between 10 and 14lbs and as I say with daily intensive workouts and really strict portion control etc its been a slow slog. Some weeks I haven't even lost so am nervous that if eat a bit more am gonna gain. But, I have been on hols…

Thanks all! I'm from the UK so as a Euroean myself I can vouch for the walking! Not sue how much sightseeing we can do as my youngest is 20 months so I will be running round after her which is exercise too. Been to Greece a few times and so love the food there so know what to expect. Am going to enjoy myself whilst showing…

I can't swim!!!! Ha ha but I can do everything else! I think I can pull it off, have fun, maybe gain a little but not a lot!

We will be eating out as we are in a hotel on a bed/breakfast basis but yes I think with lots of water, some gym sessions, walking, mostly clean eating which is what I genuinely prefer anyway and some indulgences I should be ok. i don't mind a little gain as I always think if it goes on quickly it comes off quickly I just…

Ha ha! Fair play to my husband he is fine w me bringing my trainers. I've hit the gym on holiday before so when I see I will go every day I really will! I miss it if I don't. I guess it's a case of showing some restraint but tempering that with letting loose a little. I think it's hard because I am not quite at my goal yet…

I'm hoping to see a good result on scales in next few days as I gain 'around that time'. Working v hard with gym workouts, incorporating a lot more resistance and weights and not just cardio wh is what I always did before. It's round my middle which bugs me. I am slim but I have love handles, have had 2 kids.

Yes, I weigh everything where necessary

I'm on mfp settings, how strange. I am always under anyway between eating slightly under and exercise, I just wondered if it would adjust. Will check my settings properly

I'm starting 'strength training' next week and I know lifting weights will burn fat and improvr definition so I'm really looking forward to doing that. I do eat nuts, not in my food diary as I manually input them as quick add calories. I struggle with eating protein. This is why I have the Greek yogurt in the morning.…

I'm 5ft 8", narrow build, start weight 136lbs, now 133lbs, goal 126lbs. I track food every day and weigh the food where necessary. Workouts are one HIIT session w personal trainer where I am dripping with sweat, 1 body pump, 1 step, 1spin then 2 runs and another gym session. I exercise 6-7 days a week. Prior to dieting 3…

I weigh once a week, first thing in morning before I eat or drink. I have dieted numerous times over the years after having children etc and I always lose slowly, max 1lb a week. I dont have much to lose so that's harder too. i am patient and know it takes time. It's just this time I have really increased the intensity of…

Sorry, made diary public now. I don't believe in starvation mode but I exercise hard every day and average about 1000 calories.
