I loved it :) Ive just googled and its says average just under 400 cals an hour for body pump and just under 300 for low inpact body conditioning. Thats good enough for me! Thanks everybody :D

Hi Im so sorry Im not very good with ages, but think it was more the clothes you have on and camera angles to be honest that didnt help more than parts of your body or face. so try not to dwell on it :D

You could maybe try bulking out your dinners with half veg or salad, still gives you a nice full plate but is really good for you :)

Hi, do you do your body measurements too? sometimes you can see a difference in these rather than weight, or try changing the types of foods eaten as it can shock your body into getting a move on, good luck :)
