Thanks for the spreadsheet link! I would say it's not accurate for me though as it says to walk at 3.5mph which is 5.6kph (i walked at 2kph and ran at 6kph) so it's going to be a lot less. Having seen that I'm satisfied that the 113 calories is accurate!

The harvester is one option. They have some really healthy stuff, and as long as you behave yourself at the salad bar you can get away with a meal for around 500cal~

I have 1-2 114 cal cookies each day. It satisfies my sugar craving and gives me something to look forward to on the evening.

Flaxseeds don't have this effect on me, if they are hurting u so bad id recomend you stopped eating them.

Well It seams from what u guys are saying the guy was way off... He basically told me I could have one small piece of chocolate every 4 weeks, I had to eat around 1500 calories and make sure I snacked a lot... He also told me to exercise at the gym 4-5 times a week. I guess I don't really have a problem with any of that…

Thanks for your advice guys. Concerning fresh veggies, does it matter since they are in the sainsburys good for you meals? The meals are tasty and good for you so how does my adding more veggies accomplish anything but add more calories? I guess I don't really understand this eating healthy concept yet..
