What calories to go by? Fitbit or MFP?
Hey guys, So myfitnesspal is showing me with 919 calories left whilst Fitbit is showing 583 cals. I'm not sure which one to adhere to?

How many calories in 3 table spoons of self rising flour?
All of the food journal suggestions are ridiculous. Some even saying 100cal per 1tbs (so 300 cal). Other external websites say 28cal per tbs. I really don't know whats right and wrong and since there's such a huge difference between those two numbers id like to get it clarified, please. So any bakers out there, please help!
