I don't mind that I'm not logging calories for strength training, I like having a buffer in case I go over. It can get silly and a bit obsessive if I balance the books to the nearest cal!

Ok thanks :)

Anyone?

Ah! Thanks, I'm pretty sure they work via BIA but I didn't know you could trick them. Do you think retaining water at certain times of the month could also send them a bit bonkers?

Thanks, I needed this thread!

In lasagne, can you use cottage cheese instead of the white sauce? Blended maybe, and savouried-up?

I'd like to know who funded this research. Got to be Cadbury or Nestle! But really, awful article. It seems they're saying it's normal fat and sugar loaded chocolate that resulted in these findings (correlation implying causality aside) which is highly misleading as if eaten regularly by someone who regularly over-eats it…

That's how I get my happy feeling, from how my clothes fit and how my walking wobble is decreasing haha :) Have a look at some of the recipes on the board and plan a good but filling dinner (or whichever meal is your large…

I love turnip or swede chips (fries if you're American!) Very low carbs, you can coat them in oil rather than the spray used in this recipe. A great side. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=391014
