I have seen many people in the gym with Beats Headphones in the gym. The solo's i believe.

I think those are cool to use but are there other that get the job done? Looking to probably getting one but wanted to see what you guys and girls were using

Not sure tbh. I have the Tour in-ear DreBeats and they are great when I aint moving around... but getting sweaty on the treadmill sees them falling out of my ears :grumble:

I never knew you could get sweaty ear canals :noway:

I'd like some decent ones for the gym but don't wanna pay top whack for 'em.

Been using in ear dre beats, like them a lot. I just got the Motorola Bluetooth ones that go behind head and they are awesome. They are loud enough, controls are on them, they answer my phone. I could not be happier. love not dealing with that chord, has pretty food distance as well so can leave near a machine while moving to others. These are not my home or travel headphones, but on sale for $70 cannot be beat for the gym.

I use etymotic er-4p headphones....they aren't for everyone. they're a little high end and they're not a bunch of marketing hype.

I really liked the etymotics, so much so that I bought them on several occasions. The sound is really good for this price point, they are comfortable. The problem is they are terribly fragile, the chord is begging to break. I baby all my gear, don't use them for the gym. Like I said, I purchased them a few times I liked them so much but no more, they just don't last.

My experience was different. Bought a pair of ER6s in 2005...and they just broke about a month ago. Moved up to this last pair and they're just extraordinary. There's a difference between isolation and high isolation and this is definitely the latter. I can listen to my music at very low (and safe) volumes and not have to compete with ambient noise. If these last even a few years, then I'll be a repeat customer. They're just a step above anything else I've tried. My last foray was a pair of ultimate ears and while they had better base and wider dynamic range, they simply do not isolate or pay homage to detail the way the etys do.

I broke down and bought the Bose In Ear Headphones told myself if theres anything I do not like I will return them. That was almost 2 years ago. I love them I cannot see using a different set EVER. If you can afford them they are the best in my opinion Ive used Several Style around the neck, Traditional, the Ear Buds I was constantly messing with all of them not the Bose. They are so comfortable You wont even know there in. If you like the Heavy Bass sound you will not get that out of these. As these do not penetrate the ear canal they just sit in your ear lobes. Oh yea they are extremely durable.
