I lost 3 pounds a week in the first half of my journey which has been about 11months , it just came off ...i was following my recommended calories and trying to eat back what I felt I needed . If I felt weak or hungry I ate I say as long as your fueling with food and not hungry rock that victory !

I know nothing about what your talking about either , but moisturizer moisturizer moisturizer . Is what I've been taught . Sunscreen etc. your skin cells are always reproducing and moisturizers help loosen the surface skin and promote new skin cells to grow ...just don't stretch in when applying ( pat)

You got this I used to drink mountain dew three or more a day , once I began my journey I just stopped buying it , if it wasn't in the house I wasn't gonna drink it ....also quit putting sugar in my coffee...mind over matter !!
