Skydiving! I want to do it again at the end of this summer! The place is in Santa Cruz, California and you land on a beach! Views were breathtaking - never seen anything so beautiful!

My summer go-to lunch smoothie. I drive home from work almost everyday for lunch to make this. Two big handfuls of spinach, steamed beets, fruits (mango, blueberries, strawberries) and unsweetened almond milk- give or take on the fruits depending on calorie needs. So filling! Try it out.

I simply just do have the appetite in the morning! I am in no way an expert but I have recently read and started drinking water(cold, icy water) or coffee early in the morning to trigger the sympathetic nervous system to keep the metabolic rate humming!

Great advice!! I especially like the idea of increasing calories for weight loss resuls. I am planning to start making protein shakes to increase my caloric intake to meet my TDEE.

Try putting in Polenta for Ugali. Lentils for green-grams. Donuts for mandazi. Naan for chapati.
