i just started today and i went over my calories by 400 calories! ugh. i usually allow me one day of eating bad, then i get back to it the next day. i have to be careful because i want a lot of salt and that just makes the water weight worse! i do notice that if i exercise during my tom i don't get cramps!

i would just take it a little at a time. you might get to a point where you're happy, but then change your mind and go for another few lbs later. or maybe you'll look fabulous at a higher number than you thought!

i do the same thing! i usually log about half of what i pour. it seems the most fair to me. it weirds me out when people drink the rest of the milk left in the bowl, yuck!

skinny cow for sure!! i could not do this without it! and it has fiber!!

ugh yes! i have no boobs at all! when i was pregnant i finally fit into a cup bras, now they're all too big! ugh! oh well. thank goodness for little stretchy sports bras!

that's how i lost most of my baby weight! pushing that stroller really fast all through the neighborhood and pounds melted off!

totally! i keep feeling like i'm going to gain weight! but i'm still losing, just slower. with only 2 more lbs to go, i'm wondering what its going to be like when i can eat 1710 calories a day!

love her or hate her, lady gaga has some of the best workout songs ever! i started listening to her just for working out, and now i love her all the time!
