Since I want to eat healthy the rest of my life, I have to be sensible about what I can do long term.
I will not give up my sugar fee coffee-mate french vanilla coffee creamer. Some mornings that's what gets me out of bed.

Well I am trying to be a Clean Eater. However, I have not been able to give up Splenda. :frown: I hope to eventually because I know it isn't good for me.0

I need to switch to just plain half-and-half. I don't like the sugar free or fat free flavored creamers. But at least half-and-half is less calories than my caramel vanilla :-)0

Im not giving up anything... just eating less of those things and adding more healthy options. If Im craving ANYthing I will eat it, or I will binge if I feel like Im restricting myself.0

It was yoghurt, but then I was put on a special diet a few weeks ago and no milk
Also tea, green tea, black tea, fruit tea, homemade ice tea (no sugar). Just tea. I love my tea.0 -
I'm all about enjoying what I'm eating & the one food I just won't give up is Tillamook Sharp Cheddar cheese. Of course I am eating it in moderation, but it will never go away....0

I have not given up my Starbuck's vanilla lattes. I need my coffee! PLUS, part of this experience is re-learning HOW to eat and drink in moderation while meeting my weight loss goals. So far, it is working. I am not trying to 'give up' things, just figure out how to eat better and exercise more.0

Not giving up anything ... eating less, sticking to calories, and exercising ..... never want to feel like im depriving myself because then i will go crazy and pig out and screw everything up0

I agree, it's all about moderation for me. If I want a cupcake, you better believe I'm gonna make it work somehow. If that means exercising an extra 20 minutes or losing the baked potato with dinner than so be it.0 -
Like many others have posted - I won't give up anything! I just try to plan ahead and give myself plenty of calories for days/nights when I want to splurge (helllooooo Mexican food!). But, two things I have everyday without fail are bread and dark chocolate. mmmm.....0

AGREE! i did a month of bootcamp and didnt lose weight cuz i cudnt stop eating my fave foods. but guess what I still lost 6inches all around my body and I am sure as hell happy with that!0 -
I'm definitely not giving up anything...well besides frosting...I used to eat an entire jar in one sitting! :blushing: Now I'm just learning to find smaller portions of the things I love or "budgeting" them into my calorie goal if I really want something.0

I've tried clean eating...I personally can't do it. I feel too deprived. I wont sit and have pizza everyday and expect to be healthy...but if once in a blue mood I crave a slice and dont feel like making my own healthy version...yes, I will go and grab a slice.
I do my best to substitute my favorite "naughty" food with healthy versions or just overall better options but sometimes the worse, unhealthy version in a small, reasonable portion is the only thing that will do.0 -

ICE CREAM!
I switched to eating frozen yogurt. We have a frozen yogurt chain called Uswirl and all flavors are around 35 calories an ounce. It's really DELICIOUS and it tastes good even without toppings.0
