I love Kimchi :) I always have a jar in the fridge because as a side dish it seems to add the "kick" to just about any food, especially anything BBQed. but my roommates seem to have been using it to add to the assumption of me being "weird". What can I say. I'm Asian and living in the Midwest. Haha.

This is actually an interesting thread. I have a friend who lost over 100lbs but she wasn't happy because her breasts size also shrieked. She complains with me about them all the time :/

I'm 5'2" and 110lbs. I feel great at this weight. I still have my "packages" but not with tons of flaps. I still need to tone up but overall I'm satisfied :)

Okay anyone corrects me, I'm not claming for be a scientist or an expert of any kind. But here is my arguement on the whole milk vs. Water thing Now from what I could imagine, there are more than one type of milk. And depending on the amount of "stuff" you add in your milk, it may make the milk to be more concentrated than…

If I have the budget I would have a container of berries. But wth they're like $2.5 for 6oz. I couldn't afford that with my budget. Or a cored, microwaved apple with dash of cinnamon. :)

Stick with a 6 inch and it will usually be relatively low cal. I normally eat the Black Forest ham on wheat, loaded up veggies and a bit of mustard. Don't do the tuna or meatballs or anything like that. Skip the cheese if you want lower calories. And if you're in mood of a salad they will make any sub a salad for you, but…

I'm 5'2" and always stay at 110lbs no matter how much I eat. I could eat 1500cal or 2100 cal and all it does to me is my body will trigger itself to go to the loo more... And my weight stays the same. I know it's weird... But then it's impossible for me to go above or under that weight. Actually if anyone has any tip to…

Bailey's :(((((((((((

Cut them into cubes, not sticks. Bake them half way before coating them with cornstarch and oil (shake them in a pot works best as this roughen up the edges and release some starch). Bake at 450 until they're crisp :) Works everytime.

I put siracha hot sauce on ALL steamed veggies. It adds a nice flavor profile: sweet, salty, spicy, garlicky. Yum!

Freeze some watermelon. Then blend/ puree them with some stevia and a shot of vodka or tequila or white rum :D

900 cals is very decent, if not a lot, for a meal. What are your concerns? I can understand if you're trying to keep your meal under 300 or 500 each, but 900?

Depends on how much you eat. I've tried, and I've failed, to eat the WHOLE foot long. A 6" is just the right about of food for me. I eat tuna or meatball sub at subway all the time. I thought the standard serving size for subway subs is a 6 inch. Only if you eat 2 servings (12") that the calories count become similar to a…

Depend on what mood I'm in. If I need something with an actual texture and can be chewed and swallows, I'd go for a boiled egg. If I need something cold and ice cream like, then greek yogurt. If I need chocolate I'd make sugar free hot cocoa.

Pharmacy student here :) during undergrad I basically lived off frozen meals and cheesecakes. Thankfully I only gained 7lbs but I always feel so week and fatigue. Feel free to add me but please leave me a message :)

I don't need to lose any but a friend was in the same situation with you, hanging at the plateau for months. She decided to try intermittent fasting and that helped to break her plateau. I'm not exactly 100% sure about the whole techniques because I haven't needed it. Basically she skipped breakfast and dinner but allows…

I've never thought coffee could alter weight loss progress. But I can never give it up. Can't wake up without a cup of cappuccino :) I can be a vegetarian (if have to), but I can never give up my coffee. Lol

At that height 1200 is not enough. I'm 5'2" and I can eat 1500 and still lose weight

-2 tbs oil - 1 medium onion - 1/3 lb carrots - 6 stalks celery - 1/3 cup dry red lentils - 1 big can tomato purree - 2 tbs tomato paste - spices spending on what I'm making: curry powder, chili powder, oregano, or thyme, etc. You can also put in some dark chicken meat or some country style pork ribs. At the end can stir in…

I'm 5'2" and I eat around 1400 per day right now to lose weight (I'm 106lbs). I was eating up to 1900 for a month straight without breaking my 110lbs plateau. When I first started college I lived with such an unhealthy lifestyle, I eat cheesecake and sweets everyday, probably my calories intake was close to 2200. Still, my…

This is right up my alley... :) I'm a college kid who lived on an extremely tight budget. Have you heard about the "food stamp challenge" - where people would try to survive on $30 a week - the amount that is given per individual on food stamp. Well that is my food budget per week, and let me tell you I am never hungry. I…

I'm 5'2" and I really want to be at 103lbs - my weight before I started college. I know it may sound unhealthy for some people, but if I've learned anything, it's that I should always aim for a lowers weight as it is a lot easier to gain some weight back than to keep it steady

For those who are doing t25, how does it feel compared to insanity. I was doing insanity for a while but got caught up with other schedules, so restricting exercise time to 25 minutes seems like a good idea. I only worry if it will have any visible effect on me as I'm 5'2" and 106lbs

My grand mother used to have a garden full of aloe plants so I drank the juice very often. If you don't add lots of sugar it can't hurt. I don't know how much it cost if you buy it pre made or having to buy the plant. Oh and consider making aloe jello with gelatin, sweeteners and water or coconut water. They're delicious :)

Congratulation! :) you look amazing. What was your bf% when you were a "fluffy mom"? Did that classify you as "skinny fat"? I have a similar body type right now (not exactly the same tho).

I don't eat PB growing up so I don't really have any emotional attachment to real PB like most people do (lol). I honestly prefer PB2 a lot more because of the texture not sticking into the roof of my mouth. That said the flavor is a little bit off, like burned roasted peanut taste. I usually eat it with something else…

The first time I've heard of liftoff is from a girl who gets the inspiration from a PRO ANA website. Basically she thought this product could keep her full for a whole day without eating anything....... My gut feelings tell me you shouldnt use this thing.....
