When did you start gaining weight?
I am curious as to when/why/how everyone started to gain weight. Was there a specific trigger? Were you in your 20s or 40s? And when you realized it was a real problem to your health.

Cocoa powder won't dissolve in whey powder shake
This may be a stupid question.... I hate the chocolate flavor they add in whey powder, so I bought the vanilla flavor and tried to add cocoa powder to flavor it. The problem is cocoa doesn't want to dissolve in cold liquid, but the whey powder clumps up in hot liquid. Help please? Thanks in advance.

Get abs without bulking other body parts?
I thought there is no way to spot reduce body fat. Therefore, the only way to get a nice abs is to work out full body, thus resulting in all muscles bulking. More protein + less calories = muscles?
I am under the impression that gaining muscle also means gaining weight (for a person who starts with a normal weight). And eating less calories means losing weight. I'm curious as to if I can still gain muscle if I eat more protein but with a calories deficit?

I'm 20yo, 107lb, 5"2'. Everytime I plug my numbers in other calories calculator it pops out like 1800 cal per day.
