20g (about a little less than 3tbsp) just-add-water pancake or waffle mix
30g protein powder (about 2/3 cup), I use chocolate
4 tbsp water (that is 1/4 cup water)

Optional (pick as many as you like)
1-2 tsp dark cocoa powder
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of coffee powder
Dash of vanilla
Packet of stevia

Mix, transfer to another microwavable container that has been spray with non stick spray (for aesthetic presentation only)
Microwave for 70 seconds on high.
If double the recipe, microwave for 90seconds

Invert onto a plate, and enjoy :) may be with a scoop of ice cream or cool whip. Yummy.

I made this one last night: http://freeingimperfections.com/chocolate-pb-mug-cake/

Earlier this week I decided to raise my protein and fat by 5% each and lower my carbs by 10%, so I've been scrambling to find ways to get enough protein. I had about 25g of protein left last night, and figured a mug cake was worth a try. I used Designer Whey chocolate powder and So Delicious vanilla almond milk (the 5x protein kind). It came out to 319 calories, 33g carbs, 13g fat, and 28g protein. It will never replace my mom's chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting, but it was a good way to hit my macros for the day.
