I agree, some of the flavors are better than others. I love the lemon cream pie and cookies and cream flavors so far. I tried white chocolate raspberry and didn't really like it at all

I haven't tried them with kidney beans. They would be the same consistency but I'm not sure if they would bake the same. I'd be interested to see if they work out! Let us know if you try this and it turns out

I am on topomax, and added it as a mood stabilizer to hopefully assist in weight loss. It hasn't had that effect for me. We tried upping the dosage and still no weight loss with topomax. With the higher dosage I had other side effects, so decided to lower the dosage back down.

Set new and interesting goals for yourself. Try and work on something new each week to improve your health. For example, you could set a goal of drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Once you get in the habit of doing this, you can add another goal such as eating at least 2 servings of vegetables, or increasing fiber intake.…

I love Better'n Peanut Butter, found at Trader Joe's. I also like PB2 in smoothies. At a normal grocer, I like earthly balance nut butters.

Are you eating them room temp? Try popping in the microwave for 15 seconds. They are much better heated up!

I just picked up Garden of Life Raw Protein Powder in Vanilla, I got it at the vitamin shoppe, it was around $26,and the quality is great! I would highly recommend this one. I mix it up in a smoothie with some spinach, berries, banana, pb2 and almond milk and the taste is great.

I quit smoking about 2 months ago, and I have not noticed any weight gain. However, I have been counting calories with this website. The main reason I held off on quitting for so long was because I did not want to gain weight.

I usually order just a black coffee. However, once the October rolls around, I fancy Pumpkin Spice Lattes, but my ALL TIME FAVORITE is the Eggnog Latte from Starbucks around the holidays... SO GOOD!!
