Thanks for all the input guys! =) I appreciate it. I think I'll just talk to my Dr about it when it's time to get the implant changed out since it's not a problem right now...

Step 1: Get correct bra size from reddit.com/r/ABraThatFits (the right-hand side of the page has instructions) Step 2: With correct size, get Panache bras on amazon (link to the one I use). It's $68, but worth every penny. Before Step 1, I was wearing something like a 36DDD, and using an Enell size 0. It didn't stop the…

... That's beautiful. Thank you for those words!

Don't change what you're doing! Just keep on going - like a previous poster said, weight loss is not linear.

... That's a good way to look at it. Thanks!

P90X and P90X3 grad here! ^_^ I have this weird thing where even though the workouts are fun and I see results (yes, I just said the workouts are fun; I like Tony. He's adorable!) I start to lose motivation about a month in. Just push through. You wouldn't skip on eating or showering, right? Just keep pushing through like…

If you think you need a pre-workout, just chug down a cup o' joe  that ought to give you the pick-me-up you might need halfway through your workout! I don't work out at any specific time of day - sometimes morning, sometimes afternoon, sometimes right before bed! :) But I always have a snack afterwards.

New Years when I was ten. Parents gave me a small glass of wine (maybe 1oz) to down at midnight. *kitten* was disgusting, turned me off from alcohol for several years. .. I never thought about that. Damn my parents are some smart folks.

"19 inch thighs" Holy Copernicus you're tiny! Anyways, if you're really determined to drop some more don't stress about doing it fast; the slower weight loss is, usually the easier it is to keep it off. You say you eat 1300-1500, and 1800 on "off" days. Step 1? Consistency. Pick a number, stick with it. That's the most…

I just use microsoft excel on my computer. Does the same thing! =D (If you can't tell, I had a bad summer. Slowly recovering!)

I, too, have been following IF 16:8 for a while... It's lovely! I do wish there was more research going on about it, but in the meantime I suppose we can use ourselves as guinea pigs! The one big benefit I feel that I receive from intermittent fasting... Is that not only am I less hungry most of the time, but most of my…

This, this, a thousand times this.

April 2011 - Aug 2014 - I like the idea of Transformation Tuesdays! Great for motivating myself and, hopefully, others!

Go to the store and pick up basic veggies (carrots, broccoli, maybe some peppers and spinach). Also pick up a grain (usually rice - brown), and some basic meat (lean, low fat). Eggs, too. That'll serve you for breakfast and dinner most of the week if nothing else... Breakfast: make an omelette, fill with veggies &…

I was always one of the bigger kids in school... and had low self esteem for it. There were a lot of other "ladies" who would tease me relentlessly for it. Since graduating, I've shrunk - and some of them have *ahem* grown. I'm quite excited (when I finish losing) for my high school graduation. It's gonna be... fun.

Where were you when I was just starting out? Wonderful list

Congratulations! I came in here expecting a guide, like the one to sexypants... But this is just as nice!

Mmm! I've been thinkin' about gumbo all week. Thank you! =)

How did I "deal" with the stress of life and with regaining 20 lbs that took me over half a year to lose? I didn't "deal" with it. I got depressed. I was disappointed with myself. It's been almost two months since I stopped gaining. I'm still stalled. However, I'm stalled. I'm maintaining. And that, in itself, is such a…

You see those hipbone things? I used to have them. I really want them again. Yep, vanity here! It would also be nice to not struggle with stairs, and to have the elevated confidence that comes with hipbones.

Don't use your BC as a scapegoat... Use it as the diving board. It is a tool that influenced you to go in one direction, unfortunately. Also unfortunately, switching methods or quitting BC altogether may just influence you in the same direction. Take it from me - I quit the pill in May... My weight skyrocketed from 20lbs…

After several days without working out, you always need to go easy on yourself. Jumping back in too hard, too fast, can cause problems. Forunately (or unfortunately?) after zonking a few times you'll learn the warning signs in a workout and know when to slow down ahead of time so that, even if you don't finish full steam,…

Done. As others have said, it would be cool to see your results

Quick FYI, you can also drag-and-drop pictures into your message

FYI, I'm focusing on your bowel movements so much because you've said that laxatives help the bloating. Laxatives = pooping. More pooping = less bloating, therefore we need to get you doing the doo more

Have you tried getting more fiber in your diet? There are a lot of factors that can contribute to having bowel movements less frequently, but fiber is the first one that comes to mind. Have you spoken to a dr. about this? I'd mention the frequency of your movements to them; my understanding (I'm no expert!) is that most…
