Thanks for your thoughts and I look forward to hearing from anyone else with experience. When I go to spinclass at 7pm I never feel lkke eating those cal but on weekends I need extra.

GymPact sounds like an interesting motivator :) I've thought about rewarding myself for things that don't focus on weight lost but my analytic brain doesn't find it very motivating. I'm also looking for a new support network on MFP. I broke-up with weight watchers on Monday, I was in a rut, I'm nervous about setting out on my own but I needed a change. It's great to have someone celebrate at the scale with you but the night before weigh-in I had so much anxiety. Self-sabotage was getting in my way.

When I'm in a good place I like to have a cup of Yogi brand ginger tea. It's strong tasting and comforting too.

I have an especially bad time on Sunday nights so this week I'm going to make it a point to go to spin class at 7pm. That should cut into my boredom and anxiety about the work week coming.
