Also to answer the question how quickly he wants me to improve is that every time I get on the machine I need to at least improve by a second but I get so out of breath I need to stop to drink water…
  • It isn't stretchy at all. I have lost CM all over and by numbers I am smaller but this one dress has literally thrown it all away from me.

  • The weight machines in the gym that when I joined the gym they recommend me I use. They set up a little program for me so I have been going by that and after I do any weights I do cardio either cross trainer or running.

  • Would I not lose inches by just eating less and better? And If I already am eating 1200 calories that MFP has put up for me, wouldn't that be bad? Because people here always say you should eat back those calories because that is how the app works..
  • I'm 5'1 and around 135lbs. My 'goal' is around 110lbs, but it is not set in stone. I want to stop when I think I look good. How much more exercise will help me body wise, if I eat back my calories? I walk a lot myself now (not for fitness, but in general) and in work I am up on my feet as well.

  • I have the same issue. I refuse to eat some foods and am more picky about certain foods because I see them as calories. I am slowly losing and the scale is going down, but I am afraid I won't be able to eat normally after I've lost weight. But congrats on 50lbs! You can do it, I know you can lose those last 10 pounds!   • I am going to take a few days off myself, as I was struggling through Level 3. It got too repetitive, almost like torture. I am also thinking of doing ripped in 30, but will maybe take some breaks between, and include a bit of treadmill running on some days. Can't wait to see your results!

  • I want to lose weight. I am starting off with the 30Day Shred, almost done with it. Most of my weight is in my belly and upper thighs. I feel so confused about weigh loss. On the internet there are so many different opinions, I don't know which one to go by.
  • Finished Level 2 today! Don't see a huge difference in my body ( no weight loss, very little inches lost), but I feel more defined, especially in my arm muscles. Feel like they are bigger... (Still has a layer of fat on them, so you can't really tell)
