Rower machine- 1500m ?
Heya. I started a program in the gym and the instructor wants me to do 1500m on the rower machine in under 7 minutes with the resistance of 10. Is this possible? Whenever I do it the quickest time was 7:16 but in pretty out of breath when I get to it. Is this realistic? I'm 5'1 64kg.

Will I lose more if I exercise ?
I've been watching what I eat and eating my 1200 calories a day to lose around 1 pound a week. So far I've lost 3kg which is 6.6lbs. Will exercise increase the weight loss? My plan for now is to lose weight first and then tone up my body. Or will just the sports I do just let me eat more for that day?
