Reality Check - Dealing with it.

I may post here a lot, but I need to get this off my chest. I asked in a different post how to take good Before&After photos. A person suggested keeping the camera in the middle of my body. So I did just that, and I can't believe how FAT I am. I finish the 30Day Shred tomorrow, and I swore I saw results, now I am doubting myself... I knew I had KG to lose, but I look like a whale. I am embarassed to go outside if that is what I look like. I compared the photos of today to ones I took over the month while I did the shred, and it looks like I gained weight in like 3 days?! I am eating less, and BETTER. But I feel bigger than ever. How can I deal with it? I need some motivation! :(

You know we are our own worst critics. I bet u got results from the 30 day shred u just can't see it because it's u. I took before and after pics of my first 5 weeks of T25 I didn't see jack results sent them to my sister who is always brutally honest with me no matter what and she told me she totally saw results so did this other person I sent them to which made me feel soooo much better. MFP is here to help us the friends we have on here are without judgement well at least my friends are so I know if I were to post before and after pics on here I would get nothing but positive vibes as well as tops to help me. U shouldn't be afraid to share on here.

I'm a stay at home mom and I'm totally here to help support as many people as I can I'm gonna send u a friend request and I hope u accept. I'm here to talk whenever u need it. I will totally look at ur pics if u would like. Trust me we all feel like u do every once in a while. Keep ur head up!!!! U can do this!!!!!!!!

    Reality is overrated.

Self perception does not equal reality and while photos are a better they can be remarkably deceptive depending on camera angles, lighting and so. One day they can make you look fine, the next you end up looking like Jabba the Hut's stunt double.

My suggestion is have a smoothie. Relax. Keep with your regularly schedule programming.

The try again in a week.

I did take those photos after my workout. But anyway. Tomorrow I am measuring myself before the workout.
