So I have this friend in work whom always eats the Liberte yogurts in all the flavours(the big 450g tub). She is into her fitness and this yogurt intrigued me. Decided to pick it up and I LOVE IT. But half way through the tub I looked a the sugar content. 11.5grams of sugar per 100g serving. This can hardly be a healthy option to eat? She always eats the whole tub on her lunch break. The flavour is great, but the sugar content is worrying me. Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?

If there is no need to restrict sugar, I see no need to be concerned. If she does need to restrict sugar, I would assume that she has taken the sugar in her yogurt into consideration.1

Milk has lactose, which counts as sugar on the nutrition label. 11.5 / 100 g is not high in sugar.0
