I weighed 164 in October and now I battle between 161 - 162.5 I'm going to up my calories and try to get it shocked back into gear! I do a lot of cardio and weighs atleast 2 days per week. Would love to agree but I can't because my logging isn't accurate. I do try but somedays just get the best of me and the small things dont get put in - LOl... I will try to readjust and watch for that

Great response! I also use a HRM because our machines are about 40% off. I sometimes eat my calores but I get 1200 per day and try to defiantely eat the 1200!

I too was SO shocked! Actually depressed to find out I wasn't burning that many calories!! Our machines are approx 40% higher compared to my HRM!

I also have a desk job. I try to get up and move every hour. Go to the bathroom and do push ups against the wall, stand and do high knees, toe touches...anything that will get me WOKE UP and moving helps. Can practice kegels and holding your stomach in for so many seconds. Also squeezing your glutes together really helps..…

Have faith in yourself! You CAN do it!!! I was drinking anywhere from 2 upto 6 cans of diet Coke per day. Even after having a kidney stone I went back to drinking it. Seriously STOP STALKING ME - just kidding but I did just leave the gym!! I do use my Kindle why on the elliptical and sometimes treadmill BUT if I'm doing weights or any other machine no. At least they are making an effort! I know one guy who used to bring his tablet and watch a video that helped him to work out.

I've been esearching the same thing!! Everyone says HRM but I was so disappointed when I found out the variation in the machines -vs- the hrm! But I'm not giving up! Everyone different and you have to give it time to find the YOU. Best choice is a HRM!
