Knowing I have to have a hip replacement and then having to buy a wheelchair because I could no longer stand or walk very far!!! That was the last straw! I am too young to be in a wheelchair when there is something I CAN do about it!!

I am into quick and easy .....so peel it and then cut into 4 inch chunks then cut those in half length ways and half those again put into large baking dish with olive oil coat well then sprinkle with seasonings like garlic power and season salt and some pepper n roast at 400 degrees for about 40 mins! Yes cyrstal light is water and tea in my opinion but I dont count my coffee!! as it gets cooler a broth and a hot tea would count as well! Snacks!!!!
