Bravo, Gym Bully! People need to have common courtesy in the gym. It is really annoying to have to wipe a machine off because the dude before grunted and sweated for 40 minutes, then walked away or has 3 45 lb plates on bench press bar. I get some folks lift that, but not me. RACK EM!

I prefer to run half marathons because they are easier to train for. Half Marathon: 1:47 was my best time. My average time is 1:55. I run 14-17 miles every Sunday with a pace of 9:55. I run about 30-35 miles a week.

I am going to agree here. 24% is on the higher end. 12-14% for healthy menstration. 26% body fat is overweight. Not sure about your training. I would double check those numbers.

I have been juicing once a day since January 10th. I am doing it just to get nutrients and try to clear up my skin a little. I have not lost any weight, but I am not trying to use it to lose weight, just trying to be HEALTHY. I got my cheap juicer from Target. Works great and worth the money. Juice on, Folks!

I have been running for about 20 years. I can never EVER under any circumstance run on a treadmill. It is so hard and boring. 33 lbs since January 2011. I lost it in chunks. 15 lbs in 4 months, then maintained for a while, 10 lbs in 2 months, maintained for a while, etc. I don't need to lose any more weight. I wouldn't mind, but really, I am maintaining and building muscle.

After reading a post on here a few months ago, I got The New Rules for Weight Lifting for Women. Now I lift heavy and hard 3 days a week. I lost an additional pound (on maintenance) and feel great. I have more definition with less fat. I have to say I am not bulky in any way, but I look and feel BETTER!

I log my time under circuit training. It will depend on how hard you lift. I get a great work out lifting. I do not rest between sets and I do super sets and am out of breathe and sweating badly when I finish my 25-30 minutes of lifting. It is strenous and a cardio burn. But I work HARD at it. This is what I do. My 'long' run are between 14-19 miles. If I decide to run a race, I am pretty much ready, give or take a week or two.

I have run the SF Marathon (front half and back half) numerous times, the Kaiser Permanente more times than I can count. It would be nice to get out of the City and run a race. Potentially flatter???

I feel ya. I hurt my toe running a few weeks ago and kept running on it. Now I can't run for several days - maybe I can run Friday. ARG! Not a good week.

I'm 5'9 3/4". I weigh 149-151 depending on the day. I wear an 8. Medium shirts. I would like to get to 145, but not sure. After 4 kids, it may just not work. I like wearing an 8. Totally comfortable with that.

I will whole-heartedly disagree. Maybe for a few lucky women. After nursing 4 kids, my body will never ever be better. I would need a boob job and have my skin stretched and removed. I am not complaining, I am stating a fact.

Mine will never be the same either. Between nursing 4 kids for over a year each, then the weight gain and loss of each baby. C-section scar. But, I have to realize that I am no longer 28, I am 38. Bodies change. I just wish my skin had better elasticity. Oh well, a girl can dream and I am fit and healthy.
